Female author: MARIE LU (1984)


Who is she?
Marie Lu (China, 1984) is an Asian-American author known for writing contemporary novels for a youth-adult audience. Marie was born in Wuxi (China), and after moving to Beijing, she and her family moved to Texas (United States) when she was five years old. Marie has studied at the University of Southern California and, later, became an Artistic Director at a video game company. In 2011 he published the first book of the Legend trilogy and, from that moment, she has completed this series and has written four more books in the series The Young Elites and a book from the Warcross series.
