Publishing news: JUNE 2018

June is here! And that means that there are new publications ... Here we leave you the ones that we most want to read each of us:
MARTA’S PROPOSAL:
Abstract:
Jacqueline Carey is back with an amazing adventure not seen since her New York Times bestselling Kushiel’s Legacy series. Lush and sensual, Starless introduces us to an epic world where exiled gods live among us, and a hero whose journey will resonate long after the last page is turned.
Let your mind be like the eye of the hawk…Destined from birth to serve as protector of the princess Zariya, Khai is trained in the arts of killing and stealth by a warrior sect in the deep desert; yet there is one profound truth that has been withheld from him.
In the court of the Sun-Blessed, Khai must learn to navigate deadly intrigue and his own conflicted identity…but in the far reaches of the western seas, the dark god Miasmus is rising, intent on nothing less than wholesale destruction.
If Khai is to keep his soul’s twin Zariya alive, their only hope lies with an unlikely crew of prophecy-seekers on a journey that will take them farther beneath the starless skies than anyone can imagine.

SARAH’S PROPOSAL:
Abstract:
Best friends Irma and Siiri are relieved when they can finally return home, but things have changed in the retirement home . . .
Sunset Grove is under new management, a sinister organisation that promises spiritual enlightenment in return for donations from its residents. And the staff seem to have disappeared, replaced by technology that remotely takes care of all of their needs, if only they could work out how to use it . . .
The Lavender Ladies are increasingly suspicious of the new order and plan an elaborate act of sabotage. But their last hurrah has some drastic consequences – will the Lavender Ladies get more than they bargained for?
Irma and Siiri go out with a bang in The End of Sunset Grove, the conclusion to Minna Lindgren's Lavender Ladies trilogy

ROCÍO’S PROPOSAL:
Abstract: Beth’s life hasn’t been the same since her sister died. Her parents try to lock her down, believing they can keep her safe by monitoring her every move. When Beth sneaks out to a party one night and meets the new guy in town, Chase, she’s thrilled to make a secret friend. It seems a small thing, just for her. Only Beth doesn’t know how big her secret really is… Fresh out of juvie and determined to start his life over, Chase has demons to face and much to atone for, including his part in the night Beth’s sister died. Beth, who has more reason than anyone to despise him, is willing to give him a second chance. A forbidden romance is the last thing either of them planned for senior year, but the more time they spend together, the deeper their feelings get. Now Beth has a choice to make—follow the rules, or risk tearing everything apart…again.

What do you think? Is there any other book that you want to read during this month? Is there a book that you have been waiting for?
